Mid Term Property Inspection are carried out during the tenancy ideally every 4 months or as directed by the tenancy agreement. The property inspection gives the tenant the opportunity to raise any maintenance or repair issues that require attention; this prevents small issues becoming major problems. The inspection checks that the property is being looked after and allows the opportunity to make sure the tenant is not in breach of the tenancy agreement such as pets, additional occupiers or smoking within the property. It should be noted that I will not move or touch any of the tenant’s belongings therefore it is a summary rather than a detailed report.
